HILL START ASSIST (DECENT)
Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control. Sail through the ups & downs. If you’re driving in a hilly area, HSA and HDC modes assist you in both climbing and descending from a slope by controlling the brakes and adjusting the vehicle speed.
CRASH SENSITIVE DOOR UNLOCK
Crash-sensitive door Unlock. On detecting collision, the doors unlock themselves to ensure free movement of the occupants.
FORWARD COLLISION WARNING
Forward Collision Warning. Using the system’s laser range finder, it alerts the driver of a potential collision by providing a visual and audible warning.
LOCKING REAR DIFFERENTIAL
Take ‘getting stuck’ out of the itinerary. The available electronic locking rear differential allows you to pull out of mud or loose sand easily by distributing torque evenly to the rear wheels.
INTELLIGENT CRUISE CONTROL SAFETY
Follow the future. ICC gives you the added advantage of slowing the Patrol and helping you maintain the desired distance between you and slow traffic.
IBA
Intelligent Brake Assist. If the driver doesn’t respond, and a collision cannot be avoided, IBA automatically engages the brakes to help reduce collision speed and impact, mitigating the consequences of the accident.
DCA
Distance Control Assist. Helps the driver release the throttle and applies brakes as needed in slowing traffic.

AIRBAG
6 SRS Airbag System. The new Patrol comes equipped with driver and front passenger supplemental airbags, front-seat mounted side airbags & roof-mounted curtain airbags to cushion its occupants in the event of a collision.
TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM
Tire Pressure Monitor System. With Tire Inflation Indicator. Provides both visual and audible signals as the tires are getting inflated to ensure the recommended tire pressure is maintained. The warning light is lit to alert the driver if low pressure is detected in any of the four tires.
